PLEASE read the following instructions carefully and follow this step-by-step!
You should receive 2 emails after completing the online form. 1) A copy of the responses you submitted and 2) an email with an attached (1 page) PDF that is your official registration form. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours to receive the second email. Please check your spam/junk folder. (You will not lose your place in the queue for your preferred session.) Please download, sign and mail the 1-page PDF form, FROM THE 2nd EMAIL only not the form in the first email, with the camp deposit fee, WITHIN 48 HRS OF COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION. If you do NOT receive the PDF via email within 24 hours, please email: mary.toberman@hotmail.com.
The form must be submitted via US Mail or Next Day Air (PLEASE: no signature required). NSF checks will be charged a $35 handling fee and may result in forfeited registration.
Online registration is informational only. The completed hard copy registration form, mailed with camp fee, is the official registration for camp. You will receive an email notification, within 3-5 days, of receipt of your hard copy registration form. A confirmation letter, with your assigned camp session specifics, will be emailed later.
