Hard Copy Form

Please download and mail form with camp fee. Must be submitted via US Mail or Next Day Air ( no signature required). NSF checks will be charged a handling fee of $35 and may result in forfeited registration. Camp registration is now open. Online registration is informational only. The hard copy registration form completed and mailed with camp fee is the official registration for camp. You will receive an email notification of receipt of your hard copy registration form and a confirmation letter of your camp choice will be sent later.
